Transcript[edit | edit source]

In Michael's Car

Michael: This morning I'm on my way to calculus, and then after calculus I've got a computer science midterm. I'm also running about five minutes later than I'd like to be, so I'm not optimistic about walking into calculus on time.

I haven't hiked the M in a long time. I haven't done anything in a long time. I feel like all I do is go to school and then sit in my room and either do homework, or work on SciShow/Crash Course stuff. I gotta get outta the house!

Interestingly, I still made it on time. I caught more than a handful of lucky green lights on the way.

Calculus Classroom

Calculus Professor: Do we have a formula for the radius as a function of time? Yeah, so we know that it started off at t=0 we know that the radius was 70cm and is decreasing at a rate of 2cm per minute.

The Food Zoo

(accordion music, opera singing)

In Michael's Car

Michael: So, I took my computer science midterm, I think I did alright. There wasn't anything on there that was super confusing. After the midterm, I went to the food zoo, which is, uh, like the cafeteria on campus, and they were having a themed day. They had a bunch of Italian food, and there was a dude in there playing accordion. They brought in a bunch of opera singers to sing Italian songs. It was, uh, it was a good time.

Apartment Complex Parking Lot

Michael: I just got home and look what I found. Mother of god they're pouring concrete.

Michael's Apartment

Michael: I just finished two episodes of Crash Course, and now I wanna try and get a jog in before the sun goes down.

I walked outside to go for a jog, and then I saw Claire and she convinced me not to jog.

Claire: That's not exactly what happened.

Michael: It's kinda what happened.

Claire: I convinced you with my face.

Michael: Look at how good we are at working out.

I didn't end up jogging at all. Instead, I um... I ordered a pizza.
